Owner Matt Swank started working at Lena’s while he was a college student in the ’90s, not knowing it would change his life. As a Lena’s employee under the tutelage of its original owner Pat, Matt learned invaluable lessons about business, life and, more importantly, how to treat people. The lessons he learned and the relationships he built stayed with him even after he left and eventually inspired him to return. But even more life-changing – Lena’s is where Matt met his wife. Many years and three children later, Matt bought Lena’s in 2018 to continue the tradition of quality food and quality interactions with customers that has made Lena’s a staple in Fredonia for the last quarter century.

To Matt, Lena’s means family. And he hopes that when you gather around the table to share a pizza with your loved ones, you feel that same sense of family that Lena’s gives him.
